· 用户保留其发布内容的所有权 · 用户授予牛生活在平台内展示和分发该内容的非独占许可 · 牛生活有权删除违反规范的内容

NiuLife is a local life platform for the Chinese community in New York, offering an AI life assistant, a community feed (Circle), buddy events, and local business services.
· You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent, to use NiuLife · You are responsible for keeping your account secure · Sharing or transferring your account to others is not allowed
· Do not post false, fraudulent, or illegal content · Do not harass or abuse other users · Do not post unsolicited advertisements or spam · Do not post pornographic, violent, or hate speech · Violating content will be removed; repeat offenders may be banned · Do not use the AI features to generate misinformation or for fraudulent purposes · We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Reported content or users will be addressed within 24 hours (content removed or account banned).
· You retain ownership of the content you post · By posting, you grant NiuLife a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content within the platform · NiuLife may remove content that violates these terms
· Information from the AI Assistant and Scam Copilot is for reference only · It does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice · Always verify information provided by the AI independently · Rental risk analyses are not a substitute for professional legal counsel · Text and images you send to the AI are processed by Anthropic, a third-party AI provider · Do not share highly sensitive personal information in AI conversations, such as your SSN, bank account numbers, or passwords · AI results are based on the information you provide; accuracy depends on how complete that information is
· NiuLife is a platform for posting events and is not responsible for safety at in-person meetups · Participants should assess risks on their own · We recommend meeting in public places for the first time

· NiuLife reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service · We will notify users in advance of significant changes
